I am a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner who helps clients reinvent their health through both physical optimization and deep inner work. We create lasting changes in mind and body through the use of nutrition therapy, mindset coaching, third party laboratory testing and personalized meal planning. Quick fix diets are not my jam. I facilitate fundamental change so that you are free to live the purpose driven, vibrant life I know you want.

Currently tearing up Denver, Colorado with my husband and beast of a dog. You'll catch me on the trail, nature bathing, snowboarding, dancing my face off or cooking up a feast just because.

Here's the thing... I know what it's like to feel like your body is working against you.

After college I suffered from severe acne, hormonal imbalance and depression that left me feeling miserable in my own skin. I didn't want to get out of bed and I definitely didn't want to see other humans. Months of therapy and dermatology weren't cutting it, so I tried something I had a little experience with and knew intuitively would help. A whole foods diet.

After a few weeks I noticed huge improvements in my skin, and felt dramatically better emotionally. Knowing that I finally had some control over my health was incredibly empowering. So much so, I decided to go back to school to study holistic nutrition.

It completely changed the way i view food.

But Then the food fear set in...

Soon, I was convinced that straying from my healthy diet would undo all of my progress. I would eat before going out to dinner with friends to avoid being tempted by anything "bad". I was anxious to travel in case I couldn't find approved foods. If I did indulge, I was overwhelmed with shame, and felt like a complete failure of a nutrition student. My body was feeling good but my emotional health was once again spiraling.

Finally, I realized that my diet was not only unsustainable it was also affecting my quality of life. But...wasn't the diet supposed to improve my quality of life in the first place?!

It took years to unpack and lots of trial and error but my fear is finally gone. I no longer allow food to control my life. I continue to be intentional about what I put in my body, because yes, health is important to me. Feeling strong and energetic gives me the freedom to pursue my passions in the way I choose. But I no longer let food fear prevent me from living a full life.

I believe long term, whole body and mind health is a blend of conscious and intentional food choices with the freedom of flexibility to fearlessly explore the world through food.

I blend nutrition science with emotional and behavioral work to identify the source of health imbalances and help you implement sustainable habits that support your goals.

This is not one-size-fits-all. Everyone has a unique bio-chemical makeup and unique personal needs that will factor into the plan we develop. It will include actionable steps and meal planning support so that you can begin working towards your goals immediately. Your plan will evolve as we peel back the layers, change with your needs and most importantly, it will fit into your life, not the other way around.
